Mr. McLauchlin is the Founder, Managing Director & Director of Global
Operations of SIROAL International LLC and the incoming President of
Mac&RO, SRL, a newly formed Metals Bank in Italy, and its subsidiaries in
UAE, Africa, and the United States.
 

He is an internationally recognized and proven business executive,
strategist, and multi-talented management expert with experience in 20
countries driving growth and profits through strategic corporate
development and market expansion, while implementing operational
business controls for a wide range of companies in various sectors.
 

His extensive business background includes serving globally as senior
advisor to corporate executives in the manufacturing, infrastructure
construction, cyber network, alternative energy, defense, mining, and
agriculture sectors, being responsible for the successful implementation of
high value operations.
 

He has assisted these companies in overcoming some of their most difficult
growth challenges using strategic and cost-effective market growth,
corporate intelligence, and business operations strategies.
 

Some of his past engagements have included –

• CFO of a $18 billion multi- agency program for the US Government

• CEO directing the successful turnaround of a defense manufacturing firm

• Vice President of Development for a NYSE listed international biometrics
  firm focusing on developing and implementing a growth strategy

• Team lead on the Oil for Food Program in Iraq

• Chief Advisor troubleshooting and restructuring divisional operations for a
  $38 billion company in the UAE

• Senior Advisor and Program Manager for the United Nations Assistant Secretary General

• Advisor and Presidential Management Fellow at NASA developing their
  Homeland Security Division and advising on intelligence issues.

 

Mr. McLauchlin holds an MBA in Global Management, an MPhil in Business
Administration and Strategic Leadership from the International School of
Management (ISM) in Paris, France where is he currently completing his
doctoral dissertation for a DBA in Strategic Leadership. He also holds a
Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs/Political Science from the
University of Michigan as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology/Human
Development.
